• Highest signal to noise and sensitivity plus the addition of more locate frequencies enables even better location performance, even in congested areas.

• Fault find improved by the addition of a third mode (CDFF); enables users to accurately locate cable sheath and pipeline coating faults.

The RD4000 range comprises a receiver and two transmitters with 3 and 10 watt outputs respectively. To address all applications and budgets, the RD4000 range is available in a number of receiver and transmitter combinations and configurations. Although work practices and guidelines insist power cables be buried below a certain depth, a common cause of cable strikes, damage and injuries is unexpectedly shallow cables. Works such as highway alterations and moving property boundaries mean that cable position can be changed both vertically and horizontally relative to previous plans. Coupled to the advanced T3 and T10 transmitters, RD4000 provides accurate and repeatable indication of the depth of a pipe or cable.
